**Job Description
- Business Development Executive**

**Are you wanting to join a dynamic cool start up?**

This emerging Fintech start up is looking for someone who is eager and ready to progress their career in Business Development. You will play an integral part in the team by helping drive growth for this dynamic start up.

You will be managing new inbound leads and be the first point of contact for all potential clients.

**Job Responsibilities
- Business Development Executive**
- Based in their new Melbourne office, you will be a key player in their Commercial team. You'll work to uncover and define the best growth opportunities, including new customers, new verticals and new sales strategies.
- You'll manage inbound leads as the first point of contact for many new and growing businesses
- Run outbound campaigns to reach prospective customers who may not be familiar with the company
- You will also provide invaluable feedback to their Product and Operations teams to ensure that we continue to offer our customers the best possible experience.
- Training will be hands on by leaders of the business where you can expect a healthy pipeline from day one._

**Job Requirements - Business Development Executive**
- Experience working in a Sales environment, ideally in a B2B context
- A customer-first mindset is crucial
- The ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivation with high-energy levels that inspire others to work with you
- Comfortable working alone and in teams; you will be expected to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A get up and go attitude
