We are seeking a Part time CRM Administrator to join our Sales Team.

**About the Role**

The CRM Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks, handle customer inquiries, and assist in the coordination of sales activities.

This is a part-time position, requiring availability for three days a week.

**Key Duties include**:

- Cordell Management
- Lead generation
- Organise and manage sales documentation such as contracts and proposals.
- Generate reports on sales performance and related metrics as required.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, escalating complex matters to appropriate manager/team.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development

**About you**

You are a trustworthy and reliable professional with a passion for driving business success. Ideally, you come with a relevant industry background and a proven track record in business development.

You will have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related field is highly regarded.
- Experience in similar industry and have 3-5 years of administration experience in a support capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
