**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of administration experience **AND/OR**:

- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience.
- Attention to detail and is able to multitask.
- Blue card (Preferred for Receptionist role)
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Must have Certificate III in Business Administration (or similar) for administrator position.
- Experience in using CRM database system.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Must be able to pass Police Check.
- Must be reliable and committed.
- Available for immediate start

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for answering calls and greet clients/customers.
- Creating customer bookings
- Responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Undertake administration functions associated with customer service.
- Maintain the ABM AND Legrand CRM Databases, including making telephone contact with contacts to update/ complete their details.
- Administer day-today office functions
