The Office Administrator position plays a key role in the smooth and efficient running of the organisation's offices, performing various operational and administrative tasks while providing support to staff and management.

**The role**:

- Support staff and management in achieving business objectives through the provision of timely and accurate administrative and operational support.
- Liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the business.
- Extract and manipulate data from key CRM and sales systems as requested.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes & daily activities to optimise efficiencies and minimise the scope for process errors.
- Prepare sales documentation and marketing material as required by staff and management. Proactively coordinate with stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure required timeframes are met.
- Oversee general office operations and ensure a clean, safe and well organised workspace.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and positively influence team culture.
- Monitor and ensure the maintenance of office equipment, including printers, copiers and other relevant technology.
- Liaise with vendors, IT support, maintenance and cleaning services as required.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Solid previous experience in a similar Office Admin/Sales Admin/Property Management Admin role within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated experience extracting, manipulating and managing data from CRM/Sales systems
- Knowledge of Australian spam and privacy laws
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an upbeat, proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
