What you’ll be doing

Newly created role for a People & Culture Coordinator to join a growing FinTech business in Melbourne’s CBD.

The People & Culture Coordinator will ensure HR processes are being followed and provide support to the operations manager by looking after all HR administration tasks.

This role is a full-time office based role.
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Highly computer literate
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Can use initiative and work autonomously
- Ideally - qualification in human resources or related degree
- 1 - 2 + years in a human resources or administrative role
