As the HR Retail Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the Retail HR Strategy in collaboration with the Retail Director, HR Director, and other stakeholders.

Your main goal will be to deliver a world-class experience for our Retail population and drive the consumer experience. You will champion collaborative ways of working between brands and functions, manage the Beauty Advisor Journey from talent attraction to development and succession planning, and act as the HR go-to for all Retail projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze HR/team KPIs to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience and retail processes.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot challenges, providing insights and proposing solutions to drive the Retail HR strategy.
- Ensure that L’Oreal Luxe Retail processes and procedures meet the Retail Award standards at all times.
- Manage the Omni-BA experience, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and the overall Beauty Advisor journey.
- Collaborate with the wider HR function to meet audit requirements and identify process improvements.
- Lead Retail BA Engagement projects to manage turnover and enhance the experience of Omni-BA's.
- Support and guide Retail Managers across HR cases.
- Champion simplicity and agility through collaborative ways of working with brands and functions.

**About You**:

- Previous retail HR and team management experience.
- Passion for people, coaching, and development.
- Experience in managing large teams, both directly and indirectly.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Professional, supportive, and positive attitude.
