**The role**:
As an HR Advisor, you'll support recruitment, employee relations, and HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture

Your support will empower managers and employees to thrive through effective HR practices and guidance.

**Your every day**:
As the HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Development and delivery of project HR services that align with business needs
- Support the development of HR strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in line with the company's retention and development plans
- Plan and lead key processes with the business that form part of the HR lifecycle such as employee onboarding and off boarding, remuneration and benefits reviews, performance management reviews, and talent management
- Provide high level advice, coaching and support on a broad range of complex ER/IR issues and practices, offering solutions in line with the business’s priorities and in accordance with relevant government policy, legislation and industrial award

**Who are you?**

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

- Relevant HR tertiary qualification or significant experience in a HR Advisory role
- Understanding of Australian legislative framework, NES, Modern Awards and EBAs
- Experience conducting investigations
- Experience with blue-collar workforces highly desirable
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within the construction or infrastructure industries would be highly regarded
