**Your role will involve**:

- Working to conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with new and existing customers.
- Providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required.
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker Lower Extremity products to meet our customers’ needs.
- Manage your territory and become a product expert while providing clinical and technical expertise in the hospital setting.
- Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your findings with your Regional Manager
- Solve product problems using product knowledge and quick thinking.
- Engage surgeons in the new and exciting enabling technology that is currently being used, and what is to come in the pipeline.

**Skills and Experience**:

- ** A knack for selling**, ideally with some practical sales experience to date.
- Strong commercial acumen with a **sales-focused mindset**
- Desire to** integrate into a high-performing team** with a previous track record of achievement.
- ** Medical or allied health background** (preferred) but a genuine interest in anatomy and healthcare is a must
