**What you will do**
- Sell to Stryker's customers to achieve sales quotas and drive sustained long-term growth
- Strategically promote and sell Stryker’s Joint Replacement products to meet our customers’ needs
- Confidently conduct product evaluations in operating theatre and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products to specialists
- Solve product problems using clinical knowledge and quick thinking
- Educate surgeons, registrars, doctors, nurses and other hospital staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products

**Skills and Experience**
- You will **reside in metro Sydney**, to be best placed in maintaining and developing our strategy within metro Sydney.
- Desire to** **integrate into a high-performing team** with a previous track record of achievement
- Strong **commercial acumen** with a **sales-focused** mind.
- Strong **anatomical or clinical knowledge** **or the ability to learn this.
