What you will do:

  • Sell to Stryker's customers to achieve sales quotas and drive sustained longterm growth
  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker's Trauma & Extremities portfolio products to meet our customers' needs
  • Confidently conduct product evaluations in operating theatre and office settings, demonstrating the value of our products to specialists
  • Plan your territory and track your progress, proactively communicating your plans and results with the National Sales Manager
  • Solve product problems using clinical knowledge and quick thinking
  • Educate surgeons, registrars, doctors, nurses and other hospital staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products
  • Manage and maintain your territory's product lifecycle

Skills and Experience

  • Strong
    commercial acumen with a
    salesfocused mind.
  • Desire to
    integrate into a highperforming team** with a previous track record of achievement
  • A
    tertiary qualification, preferably within the faculty of Medicine, Health or Human Sciences.
  • Ideally, you will
    reside in and know South West Sydney, to be best placed in maintaining and developing our regional strategy across South West Sydney.
  • Experience in the orthopedic industry preferred, however a background in allied health or similar experience also considered.

Relevant sales experience is a must have
