Reporting to the Corporate Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for the successful management for a key government client and ensuring client relationship satisfaction & successful account strategy.

Key responsibilities include;
1. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction with program costs & services whilst recommending policy changes to enhance the effectiveness of the relocation program
2. Plan and conduct client review & meetings
3. Identify opportunities to maximize policy & proposing of new services where applicable
4. Pull and compile reports per client requests.
5. Handle escalations or enquiries in a timely manner ensuring appropriate outcomes

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal applicant will possess previous key account management experience & act in a manner that demonstrates respect to our company values and client expectations. With a can do attitude and mind for critical thinking and finding resolutions to account matters & queries. You will take job satisfaction through our accounts success.

The following skill set will set you up for success;
1. Previous Mobility, Moving Services or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
2. Previous experience handling government or corporate clients is desirable however not essential
3. Possess strong customer service and communication skills
4. Excellent critical thinking & conflict resolution skills
5. Be able to complete trend, activity & financial reporting to support the relationship
6. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
7. Competent in Microsoft Office suite
