- Each child as an individual and as an educator, you will value and develop each child's strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning.
- The environment playing a major role in the success of an early childhood program. It should enhance the children’s interests in all developmental areas.
- Learning occurring all the time and should be embedded through all aspects of the educational program and day.

**Requirements for this role...**
- An approved ACECQA Qualification in Early Childhood Education - Certificate 3 or Diploma.
- Qualifications in First aid, Child protection and approved NSW Working with Children Check.
- Experience working in an Early Education setting.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0.
- Ability to confidently mentor a small team and help guide their practices and growth in the service.
- Ability to confidently write children's observations, learning cycles, and plan educational programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
