Job Overview: We require an experienced Certificate III/Diploma Educator or ECT for any room 0 – 5 years old. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our educators to create a nurturing environment that promotes child development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0 – 5 years old.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, children, and the wider community.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Full working rights for Australia.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
