Job Title: Early Childhood Education Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma Room Leader to join our team at Prospero Teaching.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0 – 5 years old. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support for children.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging educational programs.
  • Fostering positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Full time or Part time (4 days a week minimum) availability.
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years' experience working as a Room Leader or in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 AUD based on industry standards for a Diploma Room Leader in Australia.
