Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Join this lovely team within Financial Services and become the face of their firm and the "organiser" of their office.
Assisting with Reception, Administration and Office Management duties, your days will be filled with variety
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a warm, welcoming and bubbly way;
Answering phone and assisting with enquiries;
Booking and managing appointments;
Inbox management;
Preparation of professional correspondence including ATO letters, reports and other documentation;
Managing client files accurately;
Recording incoming and outgoing mail;
Handling ASIC correspondences and secretarial functions through CAS 360 (this will be taught if needed);
Preparing newsletters and mailouts; and
Office management including liaising with suppliers, organising stationary and equipment.
**To be considered, we are seeking**:
Previous Reception and Administration experience;
A warm, welcoming and helpful manner;
The motivation to continuously aspire to better the client experience;
Professional verbal and written communication skills; and
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Please note this position will ideally start on 8th January, however we are flexible should you already have a lovely holiday planned.
