About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, supporting our globally growing customer base.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver best-in-class support by professionally answering calls from customers and partners, gathering key information to enable Subject Matter Expert Teams to resolve problems detected.
  • Provide initial triage support by answering customer inquiries, solving problems, and providing product information via case, phone, or email in a timely efficient manner.
  • Assign cases to the appropriate SME Team, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective resolution.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with people at all levels, including stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to ask clear and precise questions of the customer to ascertain the exact details of the problem.
  • Collaborative mindset to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Proven customer service experience is essential for success in this role.
Desirable Skills:
  • Prior experience working in a contact center environment is highly beneficial, with knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform also considered an asset.
