We’re hiring a proactive HR/People Specialist to support our global expansion by leveling up our HR Operations, working in close collaboration with the Leadership team, your colleagues in the People team and the Operations team.

**The role**

Reporting into our Head of People you will have a key part in reimagining our HR systems & processes, local & international payroll, onboarding process, performance management, engagement surveys and championing initiatives to build on our epic culture.

This role will involve equal parts managing BAU and leading or participating in projects that will help us build best in class People systems and processes to support our teams as we move into hyper growth mode.

**What you'll do**
- Own all HR systems and processes from end to end ensuring a delightful employee experience
- Implement scalable people solutions by drive enhancing HR operating efficiencies
- Own the implementation of our new HRIS ensuring successful migration of employee information and company wide adoption
- Support our Head of People in working with our global partners and payroll systems (US, UK), learning how employee benefits and retirement funds work in the different markets.
- Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, employment details, benefits, payroll, and performance data; ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Launch and run our quarterly engagement surveys ensuring participation and actionable insights.
- Generate HR reports and metrics where relevant to help drive data-based decision-making on how we improve the employee experience.
- Implement, champion and update our employee policies as we scale eg. parental leave, health benefits and wellness.
- Support in the curation and coordination of company wide updates, all-hands and off-sites.

**What we'll look for**
- Proven track record of 2+ years experience in HR operations or a similar people role ideally within a thriving tech startup/
- Familiarity with people/talent tech stack such as HRIS, ATS, performance and payroll systems such as Bamboo, HiBob, CultureAmp, Xero, Deel, CultureAmp is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, principles, processes and basic employment laws
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a chaotic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Pace and urgency to your work is essential, if you are execution focused and get sh*t done no matter how much chaos and ambiguity surrounds you - great.
- Ability to work autonomously with high levels of accountability to meet ambitious growth goals.
- Someone who is compassionate, has a great sense of humor, a zest for life, is keen to accelerate their career in people and have fun
