**HR Specialist**

TRS Resourcing is looking for a skilled HR specialist to work directly with a large company in the industrial, blue-collar industry. This is offered at a full-time permanent rate of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum + Super; this is negotiable.

This company specialises in industrial electricals, mechanics and automation. You have the choice to work from home or any of the offices in Melbourne (located in Thomastown and Dandenong.) You will work alongside the workshop managers and back-office team to fill the roles, including electricians, mechanical fitters, and more

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an HR setting
- Work without supervision
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of blue-collar (ideally)
- Ability to problem solve

**To be considered for this role, you must have the following**:

- Reference to your past two employers
- Be already based in Melbourne, Australia
- Have the right to work in Australia
