**The Company**

Our client a large established international agriculture business, with their office based outside of the Melbourne's CBD are seeking an experienced office administrator/PA to support the CEO and wider business. This opportunity is temporary with the view to go permanent

**The Role**
- Supporting the CEO - updating their calendar and scheduling appointments
- Being able to put together PowerPoints/presentations for meetings
- Organising CEO's travel, accommodation
- Processing invoices
- Coordination around the office
- Kitchen supplies
- Stationary supplies
- Being able to order in house catering when needed
- Coordinating carparks and pool cars if required
- Assisting with events
- Ad hoc admin tasks for other departments

**About You**
- You will have experience working as a Personal Assistant or Office Administrator
- You will have experience using **Microsoft Suite**:

- You will have outstanding verbal/written and interpersonal skills
- You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- You will have exceptional attention to detail
- You will have exceptional problem-solving skills
- You will be immediately available to commence work
