The Opportunity
  
Join a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and exceptional service. As a Sales Admin, you will play an integral role in supporting local agents based out of the Mount Waverley office, with some corporate support for the team.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage property listings, including coordinating photography and advertising efforts.
  • Assist with advertising campaigns, sales file processing, and account management (Xero experience preferred).
  • Support corporate operations across various departments.
  • Provide assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as needed. 

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
  • Polished phone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and database systems (e.g., REX).
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative and reliability.
