The Opportunity
Join a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and exceptional service. As a Sales Admin, you will play an integral role in supporting local agents based out of the Mount Waverley office, with some corporate support for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative assistance for sales and marketing initiatives.
- Manage property listings, including coordinating photography and advertising efforts.
- Assist with advertising campaigns, sales file processing, and account management (Xero experience preferred).
- Support corporate operations across various departments.
- Provide assistance to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) as needed.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate administration or a similar role.
- Polished phone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and database systems (e.g., REX).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative and reliability.
