**About the Role**:
The CFA has an opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support. This is an ongoing full time opportunity located at CFA District 13 Headquarters in Chirnside Park.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- **Efficient Administrative Management**: Prioritise tasks effectively to ensure administrative requirements are managed efficiently.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, including drafting correspondence and managing communications on behalf of managers and staff.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, ensuring responsive and professional handling of inquiries.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare various documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations.
- **Research and Information Management**: Collate information, undertake research, and manage documents as required.
- **Diary and Meeting Coordination**: Manage and coordinate diaries, schedule meetings and appointments, and arrange travel as needed.
- **Data Entry and Records Management**: Handle data entry, filing, and records administration tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- **Financial Transactions**: Assist with basic financial transactions, including creating purchase orders and adhering to financial standards.
- **Procurement**: Manage the ordering and procurement of stationary and goods to support operational needs.

- Relevant administration skills and experience
- Excellent computer literacy skills (including MS Office and databases)
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work proactively, with mínimal supervision and to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard
