**Charlesbrook**, a 70-bed home located near the surrounds of Templestowe, and just 17km northeast of Melbourne. Charlesbrook is in close proximity to major shopping centres, Birrarung and Westerfolds Parks, with access to major public transport routes.
**About the Opportunity**
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our aged care home.
With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including coordinating admissions, rostering, recruitment, reception, documentation/ record management and creating and maintaining employee data within our HR and Payroll systems.
**About You**
To be successful, you'll need:
- Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable)
- Experience with rostering and hiring/recruitment processes
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases, payroll and rostering systems.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience using HumanForce is advantageous
