**About the role**:
The Student Services and Experience Manager will be responsible for the management of a highly customer-focused student services team in relation to centre administration, student and social activities and student welfare.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Demonstrated effective leadership of a small team;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service in a busy environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organised approach to work with the ability to multitask and prioritise;
- Cultural sensitivity and patience;
- Ability to work within a team and independently;
- Strong sales focus when dealing with potential clients;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs;
- A current and valid Working with Children Check (or appropriate state required documentation);
- Previous experience in an administration management role.
