About the role:


The Student Services and Experience Manager will be responsible for the management of a highly customer-focused student services team in relation to centre administration, student and social activities and student welfare.


The person we seek will ideally have the following:

  • Demonstrated effective leadership of a small team;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service in a busy environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly organised approach to work with the ability to multitask and prioritise;
  • Cultural sensitivity and patience;
  • Ability to work within a team and independently;
  • Strong sales focus when dealing with potential clients;
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite of programs;
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check (or appropriate state required documentation);
  • Previous experience in an administration management role.
