Student Services Coordinator
We are in search of a Student Services Coordinator to take on a crucial role in the new campus for one of our clients.
Positioned at the front desk, you will serve as the representative of the Sydney campus, focusing on ensuring student contentment by offering guidance, organizing student events, and enhancing the overall campus experience.
Your Duties:
- Address student queries, providing valuable guidance and support to enrich their overall experience.
- Proactively establish new systems and processes as required, participating in the ongoing enhancement of services.
- Supervise the student management system, handling enrolment administration and managing student information.
- Collaborate with the team to actively participate in molding the overall campus experience and nurturing a vibrant and supportive staff culture.
- Organize campus events, student orientations, information sessions, staff events, and other engaging experiences as the campus develops and expands.
Requirements:
- Background in student administration and services within the tertiary education sector.
- Proven administration expertise with keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding problemsolving abilities with a solutionoriented mindset.
- Robust interpersonal, relationshipbuilding, and communication skills.
