**The role and client**:
Our client is a leading medical services provider in South Australia, committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to their patients. We are currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join the team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care.

These opportunities have become available due to internal promotions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our patients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments and ensuring satisfaction with every ineraction. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings.
- Processing patient information and updating our electronic medical records system.
- Liaising with medical practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal service delivery.
- Previous experience in a position delivering customer service or healthcare administration will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with Health track software is an added bonus
