We have an exciting opportunity to join the Opal Fibre Packaging team as a Customer Service Representative at our Athol Park site.

The key focus of this role will be to:

- Providing high level administration and customer service support to both internal/ external stakeholders
- Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
- Providing prompt communication to suppliers and customers with regards to order status when required.
- Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers

For this role we would expect you to have:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment
- Experience using SAP databases
- Experience in using CRMs would be viewed favourably
- Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to prioritise important activities and problem solve with limited information
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confident in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues
