**We are looking for sales and customer service superstar to be a Clinic Co-Ordinator If you are interested in helping our clients improve their hearing and quality of life, keep on reading This is the role for you.** What you will be getting up to- We are looking for
- **Customer Care Representative **to join our busy Contact Centre team on a
- **full time, permanent basis. **Working on a rotating roster (6am - 8pm) across AUS and NZ time zones. You will be the first point of contact for our network of new and existing customers across Australia and New Zealand, booking appointments at no cost into our busy clinic network while providing exceptional customer experience.**What your day will look like**
- Build hearing health awareness
- Sharing the latest marketing campaigns and product releases
- Teamwork, work collaboratively
- Customer Service, build and maintain relationships

**About You**
- You don't have to have worked in a Contact Centre before, previous experience within customer service, sales, hospitality, and retail are all highly regarded.- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- Computer literate with an eye for detail
- A good listener, with an empathetic approach to assisting customers
- Target driven and able to work to KPI's and targets
