**The Role**

This inbound call centre position will see you communicating with a range of valued customers and trade businesses. The role is varied and will see you responding to parts and ordering enquiries, as well as troubleshooting and billing assistance, all while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Requirements**
- Australian Citizenship or PR is a must
- Experience in Customer Service (Call Centre, Retail, Hospitality)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box
