As the Manager, Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and customer relationships with Corporate Customers across Australia. You will have responsibility for securing and building strategic relationships with your account portfolio, with a key focus on delivering higher share and yield premium. As one of the voices of our brand, you will build stakeholder engagement and ultimately drive incremental revenue for Qantas.
Working in a high-performance culture, you will be challenged to deliver results within a complex business environment and to maximise growth opportunities via strategic selling and using your influencing skills at senior levels.
You’ll have -
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with senior professional stakeholders-
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales / business development role-
- Strategic selling, account management, contract negotiation and business planning skills developed at a senior level in a competitive sales environment-
- Strong commercial acumen-
- Highly developed negotiation, communication, organisational and influencing skills at senior levels, both internally and externally-
- Demonstrated ability to offer unique perspectives on business issues, analyse data and information, and create customised solutions for customers-
- Demonstrated ability to tailor sales messages to resonate with different types of customers-
- Exceptional presentation skills-
- Extensive knowledge and awareness of the airline and travel industry-
- Good working knowledge of reporting and CRM systems-
