Are you a HR Recruitment Coordinator looking for a new role? We are seeking someone with excellent HR administration experience, particularly with recruitment tasks, to join a high-profile State Government client. This client is currently experiencing an influx of recruitment and as such needs a administration super star to assist them through a busy period.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Assist with onboarding Contractors and recruitment processing/ record keeping
- HR policy support and answering questions from the wider business
- Assisting new staff members with IT equipment, ID passes, building and network access, induction checklists and assisting with the 'buddy system'
- Keeping organisation charts up to date, reviewing position reports, track position and FTE movements and payroll verifications
- Other general administration tasks as required

**Job requirements**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a similar Government HR Administration role will be viewed favourably
- Committed to delivering high quality outcomes for clients
- Able to effectively priorities
- Constructively deals with stakeholder issues
- Ensures written communications contain necessary information to achieve their purpose
- Forges useful partnerships with people across business areas, functions and organisations
- Must be fully vaccinated and be willing to undergo an Australian Police Check
