**Position Summary**: Compliance and HR Coordinator

This role entails the administration, maintenance, and implementation of effective Compliance and HR frameworks, policies, and processes.

The role involves collaborative work with internal and external stakeholders, upholding compliance, HR, and governance effectiveness. It reports to the Executive Manager of Member and Corporate Services.

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Compliance and Internal Audit**:
Maintain operational risk and compliance framework;
Embed compliance in the business with appropriate controls;
Monitor, prepare, and support lodgement of compliance returns;
Provide compliance support to RTO and Group Training businesses;
Manage compliance calendar and enquiries;
Support Association Secretary for statutory reporting and

Keep compliance registers up to date and escalate risks.

**Human Resources**:
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures;
Ensure training programs are available and compliant;
Provide HR support to RTO and Group Training businesses;
Handle recruitment and maintain employment contracts;
Manage onboarding, off-boarding, and disciplinary processes;
Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance; and

Champion company values and embed them into initiatives.

**Facilities, Property, and Fleet Management**:
Ensure property compliance and safety;
Liaise for evacuation plans and wardens;
Maintain Association-owned properties;
Provide assurance and audit of vehicle fleet;
Ensure legal and contractual compliance for fleet; and

Fulfil OHS, legal, and contractual obligations.
