**About the Role**
We are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, as well as assisting with sales and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing quotes and sales orders
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the company's customer database
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner

- Experience in a similar customer service or sales administration role is highly desirable, but not essential
