Accounts Receivable Administrator

Allied Forklifts are a family-owned business that was established in 1996. We specialize in forklift hire, spare parts, service, hire and sales throughout Western Australia.
At any time, we have over 500 active B2B clients who hold approved 30 day trade accounts. The value of these outstanding monthly account balances range from $100 to $100,000.
The collection of these funds is critical to our business and we seek to employ a **full time **Accounts Receivable person to take ownership of this role.
**Duties include;**
- Oversee and enforce credit control procedures
- Contact clients owing money outside of our trading terms and coordinate collection of monies.
- Register and maintain PPSR registrations for clients who forklifts on hire from Allied.
- Offset receipts
- Assist to create invoices
- Daty entry
- Reconcile debtors on a monthly basis
- Assist Receptionist when required to answer overflow calls
- Perform other accounting and office duties when requested
**Minimum credentials;**
- Advanced computer and key board skills. Excel and Word
- Speak fluent English
- At least 12 months of relevant accounts experience
- Confident to call and communicate with all levels of customers
- Strong personality
**Report to** - Administration Manager
**Employment type** - Full time
**Hours** - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
8:00am to 4:30pm (½ hour lunch)
**Salary** - Negotiable
**Location**:
