A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a
**Sales Administrator** to join our Business Development team in Malaga, Perth WA.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Providing general sales and business development team administrative support including (but not limited to) accurate and timely data entry for monthly invoicing, purchase order processing and receipting
- Supporting external sales personnel and processing quotes for customers as required
- Coordinating and scheduling client meetings on behalf of the sales team as required
- Assisting with sales enquires and qualifying leads before escalating to the external sales team
- Assist the sales and business development team with producing materials including (but not limited to) PowerPoint presentations and marketing material and briefs
- Formulate monthly sales reports for the monthly management meetings and on ad hoc basis as requested by management
- Liaise with all levels of the business to collect accurate information as required by the sales and business development team
- Create and manage the Sales Pipeline ensuring that all leads, submissions awarded or rejected are clearly documented and followed up by the responsible sales/business development team member
- Managing incoming inquiries, updating tender portals and allocating tasks to the correct departments.
- Taking ownership of document templates, department procedures and order acknowledgements.
- Assisting in tender and contract management process, including preparation of tender submission packages.
- Assist in managing obligations to suppliers and customers on behalf of account managers.
- Provide assistance to account managers in their daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and track end-to-end job procedures for major accounts, ensuring all steps are completed successfully.
- Organising meetings and coordinating diaries with internal and external colleagues
- Data entry to various software platforms e.g. HubSpot and internal network.
- Other duties as required by your Manager or Supervisor.

**To be successful in this role you must possess the following key requirements;**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative position, business development, personal assistant (PA) or project support roles, with customer service duties, raising and processing or purchase orders, invoices, and data entry
- Experience in a similar sales environment position with a demonstrated understanding of technical sales requirements
- High level of computer literacy with word processing, presentations and spread sheets
- Must be flexible and versatile and able to work in high-pressure environments
- Self-motivated and ability to operate autonomously when required.
- Ability to confidently communicate to all levels within the organisation.
- High level of attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent information gathering and information monitoring skills.
