***The Role**:
Working closely with the Manager, Grant Programs, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Project Officer to join our dedicated Trade team to support our key export growth initiatives. This role reports directly to Manager, Grant Programs will see you responsible for managing the relationship with program clients; and developing and implementing initiatives that improve export capability and growth.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position, you must be able to demonstrate experience across the following key capabilities:

- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, liaise and negotiate with a broad range of people.
- Experience in project or program administration coordinating and using systems to managed tasks and timeframes.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team under limited direction and balance priorities to achieve desired results and deadlines.
- Experience in using research and analysis to prepare and present information, reports, and recommendations.

**Desirable Qualification**:
Diploma level qualification in a field relevant to the position, and/or substantial relevant professional experience.

**Special Conditions**:
Successful applicants may be required to obtain a satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check prior to employment. A renewal will be required every 3 years.

**Remuneration**:
ASO5 - $84,522 min - $94,003 max
