South Australia Police is undertaking an exciting program of organisational reform projects under the People, Operations and Technology portfolios.

The role of Project Officer sits within a newly created Accelerate Recruitment & Retention Program Office (PO) in the People Culture and Wellbeing Service and will support the delivery of a range of exciting projects resulting from a number of high profile initiatives recently endorsed by State Government.

The Project Officer will undertake project and administrative duties to assist the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accelerate Recruitment and Retention Program. The role will provide timely, accurate and pro-active advice and support a broad range of issues and priorities including research, data collection and the preparation of reports and correspondence. The role will be responsible for minor projects linked to improving efficiency and effectiveness of systems, processes and or practices associated with the Program.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in collaboration with a range of internal senior and executive stakeholders, and who is also excited by the opportunity to support a program of work which will have a demonstrable impact on the delivery of support to our frontline members and in turn benefit the South Australian Community.

**Special Conditions**
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.

**Salary**
ASO4 - $75,430 - $79,070 per annum.
