In this role you will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution through the delivery of organisational development projects and initiatives aligned to the DEW Corporate Plan and Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

As part of a team, you will be involved in the development, coordination and administrative support of a range of HR related projects. This includes research and data analysis, formulating options and recommendations, supporting stakeholder consultation and engagement, providing advice and support on HR matters, managing monitoring and reporting processes and contributing to the development and review of policies, procedures and processes.

This role also provides administrative support to the Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee by preparing and maintaining meeting documents including minutes and background papers, coordinating reporting processes, preparing and collating information for reports and arranging meetings. The Project Officer works both independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
