Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of epoxy/polished concrete flooring projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project scope, identify potential challenges, and provide solutions.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, supervisors, and technicians.

Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide guidance as needed to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth among team members.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that epoxy/polished concrete flooring installations meet industry standards and client expectations.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any quality issues promptly.

Provide training and support to staff on proper installation techniques and product usage.

4.

Resource Management: Manage project budgets, resources, and materials efficiently to optimize profitability and minimize waste.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment required for projects.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Health and Safety: Uphold strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Conduct regular safety training sessions, promote awareness, and enforce compliance with safety regulations.

Investigate and report any incidents or near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition and retention efforts.

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any inquiries or requests.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in epoxy/polished concrete flooring or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

In-depth knowledge of epoxy/polished concrete flooring systems, installation techniques, and industry best practices.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
