**The Company**
Our client is an established organisation in the travel insurance industry. They have been providing travel insurance services to Australians for over 25 years on both a national and international scale. They are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
**The Role**
As an Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting Case Managers with all administration associated with customers making travel insurance claims when they are overseas
- Assisting the case managers to gather information from doctors and healthcare practitioners
- Sending out invoices
- Inputting data into their case management system
- Processing medical certificates and collating information
- Ad-hoc administration as required
**The Contract**
The hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm but you can also work evenings if you want - in that case you get penalty rates

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:
- **Previous experience in administration**:
- Ability to pick up on systems quickly
- A passion for customer & client services
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Immediate availability
