**Key Responsibilities**:
- General day-to-day office administration;
- Reception;
- Travel management;
- Diary management;
- Timesheet reconciliation;
- Basic bookkeeping activities and end-of-month support;
- Invoicing support;
- Office logistics (ordering of supplies, etc);
- Event coordination (workshops, client events, etc);
- Website updates;
- Basic marketing activities;
- Other activities as required
**Specifically, we are looking for someone who has the following**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Basic understanding of financial processes and bookkeeping
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
