**The position**:
As an Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our client's office.

This role offers the chance to continuously develop your skills, progress your career, and contribute your ideas for improving our services. You will also have the opportunity to explore new roles and collaborate with a great and friendly trade-based team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage telephone calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Set up and maintain job files efficiently
- Generate sales invoices
- Handle accounts administration
- Assist in coordinating site staff
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment within a small office team.
- Collaborate with team members on problem-solving and building and maintaining relationships.

**Experience Required**:

- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a quick learner.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- A desire to explore new roles and work with a great, friendly trade-based team.
