**About the role**
As the Administration Assistant, you will lead the seamless operation of the Brisbane office while providing support to the General Manager of Performance, Reward, and Insights and the broader team in recruitment coordination, invoice management and HR systems.

You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for guests, visitors, and staff to our Brisbane office while taking charge of managing the day-to-day functions that keep the office running.

You excel in creating a positive first impression for visitors while coordinating the smooth functioning of an office. Your ability to proactively manage reception duties, oversee office operations, and provide crucial support to your team sets you apart.

You display excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a varied role where no two days are the same.

**Previous experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with visitors, staff, and external suppliers.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage office supplies, correspondence, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with employment screening, new starter administration, and maintaining various inboxes.
