**What You Will Be Doing**

The People Officer (Injury Management) provides professional and compassionate customer service and administrative support to the Injury Management team, injured employees, organisational leaders and the WorkCover Agent. The role performs duties across a range of areas including data entry, pay queries and oversight and maintenance of the Injury Management database.
**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a comparable administration role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Experience in working within and contributing to a team, and have a highly developed ability to work autonomously.
