**The Organisation**

Our client assists some of the most vulnerable in our community. They provide support through services that include homeless support, foster care, kinship care, community education and family reconciliation. The services provided help the people who have been affected by crisis and trauma to restore relationships, get the support they need and most importantly to take charge of their futures.

**The Role**

Be part of the People and Culture team, that aims to provide high quality practices and processes to the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Manager - People and Culture you will be supporting team members through the employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience is achieved with all employees.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the talent attraction, recruitment, induction, onboarding, and exit experience to a high standard and reflect positively on the organisation..
- Maintain the fortnightly payroll file and activate payroll processing with an external provider
- Conduct HR audits, maintain employee database, staff files and contribute to editing and improvement of P&C polices and procedures.
- Provide administrative support and reporting across the employment life cycle.

**Skills and Experience**
- Understanding and experience in an HR generalist role
- Demonstrated business writing skills
- Implement and maintain employee experience processes
- Advance computer skills with Microsoft Office and knowledge of Employment Hero or similar database
