As our **Administration Officer** in our Major Projects Division, you’ll deliver administrative support and coordination services to the division as you grow your skills every day. And you’ll do it with down-to-earth people who you’re proud to work with and get to know. You will work closely within the newly established Major Projects division which manages a portfolio of multi-billion dollar, cutting edge, energy transformation projects where you will be responsible for:
Deliver a variety of administration services to time and quality standards, and in accordance with operating and quality systems. Specific examples include but are not limited to, planning and coordination activities, efficient and effective processing of data, organisation of travel, meetings catering, payment of invoices, site administration and staff orientation.
- Provide reception services to clients and visitors ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform effective and accurate data processing, collation, reconciliation and reporting activities in line with business and divisional requirements.
- Develop strong and positive customer relationships through service-focussed communication and engagement.
- Work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Develop, monitor and maintain work instructions to ensure consistency and alignment with organisation frameworks.
- Continually seek and identify opportunities for the ongoing improvement and refinement of systems and process to deliver efficiency and/or service gains.

**What you’ll bring**:
Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Business Administration or preferably an Associate Diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and skills in the use of business software such as MS Office, SAP, SharePoint and Objective

Supported by experience in:

- Experience in an administration or business support role within a team environment, with a demonstrated ability to efficiently apply, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, procedures and in-house and web-based systems.
- Data entry, processing and management skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data for reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated customer service approach, sound judgement, initiative and discretion in engaging with stakeholders to support the achievement of objectives.
- Demonstrated organisational, time and self-management skills.
- High level customer service skill, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with team members and key stakeholders, working collaboratively to achieve mutual business outcomes.
