**Personalised Marketing Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

Multiple opportunities for experienced CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Managers based in Sydney or Brisbane to join our Personalised Marketing team.
- We have opportunities focusing on:
- Driving the growth of our suite of integrated digital solutions for real estate agents
- Driving revenue growth for our property developers and media clients
- Growing and improving engagement with our Consumer audience

**Who are you?**
- You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation platforms to design, execute and continuously optimise communication journeys across our end-to-end customer experience. You will use your insatiable curiosity to find effective ways to connect with customers in order to achieve our revenue and customer engagement goals.- Working within a fast-paced, cross-functional team, this is a great opportunity to hone your skills and knowledge in all things CRM, as well as leverage our unique data assets to create seamlessly personalised communication journeys that aim to proactively manage customer value.**You will have**:

- Previous experience in a CRM, Lifecycle, Customer Marketing or CVM role either in B2C or B2B/trade marketing
- Experience in reporting and communicating the success of marketing campaigns and recommending amendments where required to meet objectives
- Experience in using Marketing Automation platforms (such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua etc)
- Strong stakeholder management (both internal and external) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously to improve process, resolve issues and design solutions
- Experience in monitoring competitor activity and feedback on trends/analysis to internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for unsubscribes, data privacy and other necessities in sending comms via direct and digital channels

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience working with a CDP like Tealium
- Experience working in a similar CRM/lifecycle marketing role within financial services/sales-orientated/e-commerce or start-up environments
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce CRM, Tableau, Google Analytics 360
