We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Leader to spearhead our personalisation strategy and drive business growth through tailored user experiences.

Job Overview

As a Digital Transformation Leader, you will develop and execute a robust digital product personalisation strategy that encompasses user segmentation, content recommendations, dynamic user interfaces, and enablement of the business to personalise and curate interactions at scale with audiences & clients through experiences, content, segments, offers & advertising.

The successful candidate will leverage data analytics and machine learning algorithms to gain deep insights into user behaviour, preferences, and needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and Sales, to create a seamless and individualised user journey that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product personalisation strategy
  • Leverage data analytics and machine learning algorithms to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user satisfaction and engagement
  • Continuously monitor and optimise personalisation efforts based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of personalisation principles, methodologies, and technologies
  • Experience in leveraging data analytics and machine learning for user segmentation and targeting
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful personalisation strategies that drive user engagement and business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
