**Your new role**

In accordance with legislative requirements and departmental policies and procedures, the Information Management Support Officer provides an efficient Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) Help Desk service to organization staff and locations. While contributing to and assisting in the delivery of effective work practices within the team, the Information Management Support Officer monitors specific aspects of the services provided by the Information Management team, particularly those related to the Department's EDRMS system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Provide an efficient and effective EDRMS Help Desk service to organisation's employees and EDRMS users, including delivering expert advice and information, and coordinating the creation and configuration of user accounts, security management, and other system administration, remediation activities, as directed.
- Contribute to the efficient operations of the Information Management team, including contributing to the provision of advice to staff on information management matters, and in relation to a range of EDRMS related queries and requests.
- Providing detailed advice to business units and sites regarding the use of General Disposal Schedules (GDS) and operational Records Disposal Schedule (RDS) to appropriately box, list,sentence, store, and dispose records.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in the use, support and configuration of an EDRMS (specifically Content Manager and Objective)
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including a proven ability to negotiate effectively with a broad range of staff and stakeholders, work cooperatively in a team environment and develop and deliver clear information, documents and reports
- Relevant information management training experience and skills to support the delivery of an effective change management process.
- A valid WWCC
