This SA Government Department is based in the Adelaide and they are in the lookout for an Information Management Support Officer to join their team.
**Your new role**
The information management support officer performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the department's information management operations and helps the directorate achieve its goals by offering the right services to customers and stakeholders. The Information Management Support Officer contributes to and supports the delivery and upkeep of effective work practises within the unit while monitoring particular aspects of the Information Management team's service offerings, particularly those linked to the Department's EDRMS system.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience in the use, support and configuration of an EDRMS (specifically Content Manager - TRIM and Objective)
- Relevant information management training experience and skills to support the delivery of an effective change management process.
- Experience in creation and configuration of user accounts and other system administration, remediation activities, as directed.
- Previous experience in security group management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
